Swiss Management Services was founded in 2012 in Switzerland by Giorgio Modesti, a Swiss-Italian born in Milano. He is a citizen of the world, a sailor, a kitesurfer, a gentleman driver and he has a deep passion for strategic marketing.
From 2012 to 2024 Swiss Management Services collaborated with the global leader in Customer Experience and Digital Services, providing senior managerial expertise in the opening, restructuring and management of contact centres across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
During this partnership SMS participated in and directed several strategic and operational projects on behalf of a number of leading global firms active in telecommunications, social media, consumer electronics, finance, travel and leisure, armaceuticals, retails and many other industries.
Working alongside Giorgio are highly experienced managers who have shared professional and personal adventures with him for over 3 decades.

The Swiss Management Services journey began long before its official launch in 2012. Indeep, it overlaps the whole career of its founder and collect an impressive series of working experiences, being always there where the big things happened. From the pioneering times of European mail order companies, that were the cradle of one-2-one marketing and e-commerce in the ‘80s to the magic era of mobile TLC in the ‘90s, and again from the explosion of e-business in 2000 to the digital TVs launch, and then again to the massive spread of social medial in the ‘10s, and again from the globalization of Customer Experience Services to IoT and Mobile Payments ‘till the most advanced Fintech Solution and the era of Digital Transformation and A.I..
